Peiqian's plans are intentionally described here in qualitative terms — what each tier includes in relative terms — rather than fixed dollar amounts, since pricing and limited-time offers are adjusted on the provider's own live pages more often than an informational mirror can track accurately.
In practice, tiers differ mainly along two lines: how much monthly data is included, and how much priority a subscription gets when node capacity is under load. Client compatibility (Clash Verge, Mihomo Party, Shadowrocket, sing-box, v2rayNG) is the same across every tier.
The brand's whole “liminal-margin” joke is really just a value promise: whichever tier you pick should feel generous relative to what you paid. If you're deciding between tiers, start with whichever matches your current usage pattern and adjust later.
